August 14, 2007 - Rennwerks Customer Satisfaction Score hits 99.4%!!!
As part of Rennwerks ongoing effort to continually meet and exceed our customers expectations,
we survey all of our customers after they bring their cars in for service. The survey is done
electronically via an automated email service. Recently, our year to date Customer Satisfaction score hit
99.4%, which is well above the industry average of 91%. Our thanks to all of our customers
who responded to our surveys. Below are just a few of the comments we received from our
